Consultation
Each client will receive an initial consultation to access need for services at no charge. The consultation serves as the means to determine the services to be provided, content and assessment of project duration. Upon assessment of services, a proposal will be submitted with an outline of services, content and fees. Additional consultations will be provided upon request but may incur an additional charge.
Content Submission
All content must be submitted before the project begins. Any content or requested modifications submitted after receipt of signed proposal will incur an additional charge to be determined at the time of notice. Content should be submitted in the following file formats…Word, PDF, JPEG, GIF or PNG.
Fees
All fees are outlined in the proposal for each design project. Fees must be agreed upon (signed proposal) before any work begins.
Payment
A 50% down payment is due before the design process begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.
Cash, Check and PayPal (Debit/Credit & bank account) are acceptable methods of payment. Work will begin upon verification of cleared payment for all payments received by check. Returned checks will incur a $25 charge to cover bank fees and administrative costs and all future payments must be made by either cash or PayPal.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds of services purchased (hosting, E-commerce, search engine etc.).
Any and all requests for the cancellation of a project will only be granted with a refund if work has not begun. Requests for refunds must be submitted no later than 48 hours after payment is made.
Privacy Policy/Confidentiality
Any and all information submitted on our website will be strictly used for the purpose of contacting you and will not be shared with third parties.
We maintain the confidentiality of all services provided to you unless requested/authorized to share with a third party.

Copyright and other relevant property rights exits for all content (images, text, logo, slogan etc…) relating to this company’s services and full content of this website.
Notification of Changes
